Values in Care Awarded Gold Standard by Investors in People

Aside

Values in Care first received recognition from Investors in People in 2009 and again in 2012. Since 2012, Investors in People introduced recognition for exceptional organisations that go beyond the usual ‘recognition’ standards. In 2015 Values in Care were successful in gaining recognition beyond the standard and were accredited with the Silver Award.

Following Silver standard recognition in 2015, the Company confirmed that the aim for 2018 would be to achieve ‘Gold’ standard recognition.

Following the assessment process during spring/summer 2018, Investors in People have awarded Values in Care with ‘Gold’ standard recognition.

This level of recognition from Investors in People is testament to the investment that Values in Care makes in developing its workforce and the contributions made by its outstanding employees.
