Our Services Explained
Values in Care specialises in providing specialist support and accommodation to individuals with learning disabilities, autistic spectrum disorders, including Asperger’s Syndrome and complex needs. We also support individuals with complex mental health needs and challenging behaviours.

We aim to support and enable individuals to live a life that is as fulfilling as possible by ensuring that:

•Services are matched to the assessed needs of the individual.
•Residents are supported to exercise control of their own lives.
•Residents are given clear, accurate, information in a format that enables them to make informed choices about day-to-day events, and plan for the future.
•The rights of residents as individuals and citizens are upheld at all times.
•Each resident’s independence both inside the home and within the community in which they live is promoted.
•Change in a resident’s life is handled in a sensitive, professional and supportive manner.
•Residents are actively supported and encouraged to maintain and promote their health and general well-being.
•Residents are enabled to maintain existing friendships and contacts and encouraged in the development of new relationships within their local communities.
•Residents are supported in a sensitive manner at all times.
