We make the difference

We provide specialist medium to long-term 24-hour supported accommodation and vocational services for adults with complex learning disabilities and autism that may lead to behaviours that challenge.

Placing each person at the heart of our service

The care and support we deliver is tailored to meet individual needs and goals, enabling each person we support to live fulfilling and inclusive lifestyles within their local community, supporting them to achieve their aims and aspirations.

Committed to providing the highest possible standards of care and support

In addition to the full range of both primary and secondary healthcare, as part of each person’s care package we offer and provide where appropriate, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, psychology, drama therapy and art therapy. A full range of learning programs and qualifications for people with special needs which are accredited by Agored (OCN) are also on offer.

The people who work for us, and alongside us, care about making a difference

Our ethos and robust recruitment, training and quality assurance processes and standards, underpin the work we do. We invest in our staff and support them in the work that they do and in their continuing professional development.

Residential Care

Each person we support is at the heart of the service we provide

Our 24/7 Residential Service offers warm, welcoming, stimulating and safe home environments for people with a range of complex care needs including learning disabilities, autism and behaviours that challenge.

Each home is adapted to meet individual care and support needs

Where appropriate, assistive technology is employed to help keep each person safe and well and assist with developing independent living skills.

Providing a safe and warm environment where people can grow and flourish

We work closely with every person and their circle of support including their loved ones, friends and other social and healthcare professionals, to enable each person to plan their future and work towards achieving their goals and aspirations.

Each person is supported to access opportunities that are open to everyone within their local community – enabling them to become active citizens in the community. A full range of vocational activities tailored to individual interests is on offer to everyone we support.

Vocational Services

We have always placed great emphasis on developing the skills, interests and capabilities of the people we support, and this philosophy continues through our Vocational Services.

Our team of tutors work alongside the people we support and their care teams, to create structured programmes, personal to each person and appropriate to their developmental and aspirational needs.

This professional, focussed approach enables us to capture the enthusiasm and aspirations of individuals in a way which encourages personal achievement.
