The Values in Care difference

What do our Support Team, Specialist Behavioural Team, Vocational Services Team, Management and Administration Teams, all have in common?

We are passionate about making a difference to the lives of people with complex needs including learning disabilities, autism and behaviours that may challenge.

Since 2003, we’ve worked with each person we support, their family members and support network, to deliver high quality meaningful support, enabling each person we support to live a full and rich life in their community.

We work hard to attract, retain and train exceptional, skilled and experienced support staff, who are aligned with our ethos and who care about the people they work with, and the individuals they care for and support.

ESG Impact

Swanton’s ESG Impact Report 2020

The links between climate change and people’s health are clear, and as a health care provider we have a duty and opportunity to help address them within our organisation and to encourage our partners to do the same.

Our ESG Impact Report 2020 will act as a foundation for us to make further improvements, set and achieve goals within 2021 and 2022, track our progress and visually see how our changes will make a difference to the lives of the people we support over the coming years. As with everything we do, this links strongly into The Swanton Ethos, Every Moment Matters.
