Our Services
Supporting adults with complex learning disabilities and autism which can lead to behaviours that challenge, our homes provide a safe, warm and welcoming environment where each person can grow, flourish and live life to the full.
We place a great emphasis on developing the skills, interests and capabilities of the people we support. Our team work alongside each person and their care team to create personalised, structured programmes appropriate to individual developmental and aspirational needs. From TEACCH styles sessions, sensory, movement to music, to cycling, walking pottery, woodwork and cookery sessions, we offer a full range of engaging and enjoyable activities.
With a wealth of experience working alongside primary and secondary health care teams, the multi-disciplinary approaches delivered by our Specialist Behavioural Team ensures each person’s health and wellbeing needs are supported in a proactive way.
Supporting people with a range of needs including:
Learning Disabilities
We help each person move towards greater independence and community engagement by tailoring the support we provide to meet their individual needs and goals, encouraging and supporting them to access the opportunities, activities and facilities open to everyone in their community.
Flexible and responsive
Working with each person and in partnership with their support network, we adapt the care and support we provide to meet their changing needs and requirements as they change over time.

Autism
With the right support, encouragement and approaches, people with Autism and Asperger’s syndrome can lead full and meaningful lives.
Focusing on individual outcomes and independence, we offer a range of support pathways
We endeavour to best understand autism and the best approaches to supporting each individual with autism, by creating the right environments, employing the right approaches, and recruiting and developing a support team with real experience in the field.

Behaviours that Challenge
We use Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) to develop and design strategies which focus on positive and meaningful engagement for the individuals we support.
We understand that challenging behaviour happens for a reason
We begin by working with the person to understand why they are behaving a certain way. This enables us to design and implement proactive, person-centred strategies to manage their behaviours that challenge.
