Management Team

Values in Care employs a team of experienced, qualified and competent Managers to ensure that every function of the business operates seamlessly to provide a quality provision. The Management team consists of the Company Directors, Registered Managers for each respective Registered Care Home, Company Accountant, Human Resources & Training Manager and Estates Team Manager.

Values in Care believe that effective and timely communication is key to establishing a quality support provision in quality environments. The Management team meet every month to ensure that all functions are working in harmony to acheive the long term goals of the Company.
